Is there any obligation to get a free quote?
None at all! It’s completely free. After receiving your quote, we can work with you to refine your sign or get it into production ASAP! We respond to most quotes usually within 1-2 hours on weekdays.
Can I see a proof before you begin?
Yes, absolutely! Once you’ve approved the budget for your sign, we’re happy to provide a rendering/proof at no charge to you. Click here to learn more about our proofs. Customer required to provide own artwork in a vector format, usually an .ai or .eps work best.
Turnaround? How long does it take to make my lobby sign?
Our turnaround is believed to be the fastest in the country. Some lobby signs ship within a matter of days but in general 1-2 weeks. We are the national leader of lobby signs and only make one thing, and that is Lobby Signs. We can produce lobby signs much faster than almost any sign company in the country. If we provide you an estimated completion date, every attempt will be made to meet it or beat it. Expedited service is available.
Can I really put my sign up myself?
Of course! If you can hang a picture, you can probably hang your lobby sign in minutes. Your lobby sign comes completely assembled ready for install with all hardware and easy instructions in The World’s Easiest Sign Kit™. Most signs can be easily installed in about 20 minutes. An easy pattern is provided to simply put your sign up exactly where you want it. Obviously for a very large sign we suggest just having a friend help you for a few minutes. What file types do you need?
We will just need a (vector) file of your logo. usually an .ai, or .eps files work best. Most company art/logos were created this way. If you have any questions, please contact our graphics department via email. Can’t find your original logo? We can also recreate most logos for around $50 bucks. Clients love this because they then have a copy of the art in those formats for their other future advertising needs.
I’m really in a hurry for our sign.
Ok, we understand! If you need it quicker, please let us know upfront and we can put a rush on the order for an additional fee of $99. You can also select overnight, or other shipping options via FedEx or UPS by providing us with your account number. All transportation will be billed to you.
How does free shipping work?
Free shipping in the contiguous 48 United States to commercial business addresses only on lobby signs not exceeding 24″ x 48″, Standard ground shipping is free as advertised! (residential addresses add $10.00) Most signs are shipped via FedEx ground or UPS (see our shipping time table). Shipping is also available to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or internationally, but standard shipping rates will apply. Any package returned to us by FedEx as undeliverable, will then be the customers sole responsibility for re-shipping and associated costs.

Do you offer quantity discounts?
Absolutely! We have a discount for a multiple of lobby signs purchased at the same time. Please contact us directly to inquire about a quantity discount on your order.
What colors can we use?
Your letters and logos can be painted using our selection of standard colors at no extra charge. If you need exact-match colors, we can manufacture your sign to PMS color specifications, with an extra charge of $25 per color.
How do I pay for my order?
We accept all major cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express. When you are ready to order your sign, we will send you an electronic invoice and easy payment link. Secure payments can easily be made online via credit card. Due to the customization of your lobby sign all orders must be paid in full prior to production.
Why won’t my debit /credit card go through?
We find 99% of the time it is simply an incorrect billing address being applied. Please double check you are not entering the shipping address for the actual card holder address and try again. If the issue persists, there may be some odd reason. If you still have an issue please feel free to email us immediately and we can probably help right away.
How about returns? Because all signs are custom-made with your name and logo, there is no resale value to another customer, all sales are final. Your satisfaction is our #1 goal. If we make a mistake, we will gladly rectify the order at no charge. Please bring any issues with your order to our attention via email within 24 hours of receiving it. A Customer Satisfaction Specialist will work directly with you to resolve any problems. However, we are not responsible for damage to your lobby sign(s) after receiving.
